The Caldwell Collection at Mustang Field, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. The hangar restoration, initial collection acquisition and operations budget were contributed by antique aviation enthusiast and entrepreneur Tony Caldwell as a gift to the community of El Reno, the State of Oklahoma and aviation lovers everywhere.
